The Social Impact Foundation (TSIF) was established in April 2015 in Greensboro, North Carolina by Kem Ellis and Mark Livingston. This private family foundation obtained its 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status in October 2015 and has operated in the state of Washington since January 2019. Ms. Sarah Ellis became a director and board member in February 2020.

TSIF’s mission is to improve the health, wealth, and wellbeing of women. Sarah, Kem, and Mark envision a world that is greener, healthier, and more educated and equitable.
